About: YouthBuild Brownsville empowers young adults up to age 24 to achieve their educational and career goals through a comprehensive, hands-on learning model. Participants may enroll in either a GED or High School Diploma track, with access to career pathways in construction, welding, and CNC manufacturing.
By the completion of the program, students gain valuable industry-recognized credentials, practical vocational experience, and meaningful community engagement through service projects and leadership development opportunities.
Students in the program receive a training stipend, classroom uniforms, work gear, and a wide range of supportive services. A core focus of YouthBuild Brownsville is to equip participants with marketable skills, real-world work experience, and individualized support to secure employment or pursue post-secondary education.
